I'm a yoga and meditation teacher with a 200-hour Yoga Alliance approved qualification in yoga teacher training.
My own journey with yoga and meditation has opened my eyes to the therapeutic benefits of the practice for promoting positive mental and physical health, and I am so honoured to now be able to share these benefits with others.
I'm passionate about teaching yoga in a simple and accessible way and allowing my students time and space to have their own unique experience of the practice. I also strive to honour yoga's roots as an Indian spiritual practice and to incorporate meditation and breathing practices to compliment the physical practice of asana (yoga postures).
As a keen hiker, gardener and a general lover of the outdoors, I am also passionate about using the practice of yoga and meditation as a tool for strengthening our connection to the natural world.
