SLOW FLOW YOGA

A creatively sequenced hatha flow class with elements of vinyasa designed to build strength and flexibility in the body and mind. This class is taught to calming, atmospheric music and is suitable for all levels of practitioner.

YOGA FOR RELAXATION

This class features seated and supine poses only with breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation. Designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system to instil a state of deep calm and relaxation in the body and mind. With atmospheric music and lighting.
