slow flow yoga
An hour-long breath-led hatha flow yoga class. We hold poses for just enough time for full experience and inquiry into the body, breath and mind. Taught to relaxing ambient music and atmospheric soft lighting.

full moon practice
A free hour of yoga followed by 10 - 15 minutes of meditation on the evening of the full moon each month. Each lunar cycle gives opportunity for new beginnings and reflection on the month that has passed.

solstice & equinox practices
4x per year
A free hour of yoga followed by 10 - 15 minutes of meditation on the evening of the four turns of the seasons: the autumn equinox, winter solstice, spring equinox and summer solstice. These natural events give the opportunity for rebirth, reflection and celebration at four points in the year, and draw our attention to the ever-changing natural world.
